Refund policy

For ready-made jewelry available on my site, I want you to be thrilled with your new jewelry, and I know that buying online can be tricky. At this time I am accepting returns for unworn jewelry within 7 days of the item's delivery date for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. All jewelry must be returned in original condition or the return may be rejected. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

For custom orders and pre-orders, all sales are final because I am creating this piece specifically for you.
